Gadget Love: Chop Round Knife

Written on December 29th, 2010 by happykatie. Filed under Gadgets + Tools

Another day, another gadget.  Swissmiss sparked an intense longing for this fantastic ergonomic chop round knife by LucidiPevere Studio. I've never really had the urge chop anything one handed (helloooo fear of sharp-ish objects and lack of natural grace), but dangit - I'd risk it all for this puppy.

Gadget love: Cakewich pan

My reaction to this Cakewich Pan was something like this:  'hahahahahahahahahahahahaha.  Uhm, I want one.  hahahahahahahahahahaha.' It's the simple things, really. And the thought of serving up a cake to my shortie (who gets a steady stream of PBJ / eggless salad / tomato and veggie sandwiches, as many toddlers do) makes me smile. One of the best things about living with a clay nerd is the wide variety of ceramic pieces that have found their way into our house - bowls, plates, soup tureens and...  mugs.  Glorious lovely whimsical mugs. This works well especially during the cold-ish winter months (Houston gets chilly, but never quite frigid as in other cities I've endured winter in) ...
