Forget about New Year’s resolutions, in my kitchen there is ALWAYS something needing to be tasted, cooked, re-cooked or explored. Here are a few of my to-do’s for the next 12 months:
- Brew my own kombucha
- Master vegan New Mexican recipes (to share with and feed you)
- Start a semi-regular veggie potluck
- Kick off Houston’s first Cupcake Camp
- Monthly foodie adventure – get to know and love the Houston Chowhounds better
- Take better food porn / photos (invest in some camera gear)
- Take some chef skill 101 classes
- Master 10 happykatie recipes
- Bake bread and quit being afraid of the oven
- Start my own food / restaurant podcast with the Business Maker’s – exploring the business of food
