As some of you might know, I have a teensy obsession with marzipan.  And IKEA.  And cake.  And more marzipan.

Therefore, this awesome visual IKEA cookbook is like some sort of magic dream trip into the  industrial kitchen of a giant cheap furniture gonglomorate (said with great affection).

What you see above are the ingredients of IKEA’s marzipan covered Princess Tart – which you might remember as that sugar-y treat I made repeated (and I do mean repeated) pathetic / illustrated attempts to get IKEA to bring back to their in-store cafe.  Successfully, I might add – it’s all about me.  Oh yeah.
